To ensure your focus remains entirely on your holistic path to healing and overall wellbeing, my insurance billing company handles all insurance verification and processing behind the scenes.
I accept select major commercial insurance panels, Medicare, and Medicaid. To ensure complete clarity for your whole-person care before we begin, I require my billing company to run a comprehensive pre-authorization check on your plan. This guarantees we both know exactly how your insurance covers my integrative services and what your exact out-of-pocket expenses will be.
In compliance with federal law, a comprehensive Good Faith Estimate outlining your projected out-of-pocket costs, deductibles, or co-pays is available upon request and will be provided to you prior to your first scheduled session.
For out-of-network care, private-pay arrangements, or self-pay, the session rates for my mind-body and soulution focused therapies are structured as follows:

I believe that access to deep, full-system healing should be sustainable. These slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and rates are determined using a structured financial framework and a brief hardship attestation process.
